This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Growth & Operations, based in Beit Shemesh with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves overseeing operational efficiency, driving business growth strategies, and managing projects that align with company goals. Key responsibilities include analyzing business performance, identifying growth opportunities, leading marketing efforts, developing sales strategies, and fostering relationships with partners to expand the organization's reach and impact.

• Strong Analytical Skills for performance analysis, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making
• Experience in Sales and Business Development to identify and pursue growth opportunities
• Proficiency in Project Management to oversee and execute operational and growth-related initiatives
• In-depth knowledge of Marketing principles and tools to lead campaigns and drive customer engagement
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities
• Experience in health and wellness fields or startups is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a bonus
