Maintenance Engineer – Tel Yosef Dairy

Role Description

• Full responsibility for maintenance operations, ensuring alignment with work plans, goals, and operational targets.
• Managing the site’s maintenance team, including the maintenance team lead, mechanics, and electricians.
• Planning, executing, and supervising maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and optimal performance.
• Managing preventive maintenance plans and spare‑parts inventory levels.
• Leading and supporting engineering projects.
• Managing contractors and overseeing maintenance budgets.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders across the plant (engineering, production, logistics, quality, safety).
• Building and executing the annual maintenance plan.
• Initiating and implementing improvements in production lines and work processes.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering – required.
• Experience in maintenance management, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated production lines – strong advantage.
• High proficiency in English (including technical English) – required.
• At least 2 years of experience managing and motivating teams – required.
• Background in electrical/control/electronics/computers – significant advantage.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple interfaces.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
