Assistant Controller

Role Responsibilities

• Managing the financial–operational activities of the distribution center (DC).
• Leading and supporting the transition and implementation of a new information system (SAP), including data validation, ongoing maintenance, and process improvement.
• Managing month‑end closing processes and preparing management reports.
• Collecting, processing, and monitoring financial and operational data.
• Overseeing customer billing, crediting, and collections processes.
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring accurate reporting.
• Implementing internal procedures and control processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting – MUST
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license – MUST
• Advanced Excel skills – MUST
• Experience from a leading accounting firm (BIG4) – strong advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, especially SAP – advantage.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience working in a multi‑tasking environment.
