Security Research Team Lead

As a Security Researcher Team Lead, you will:

• Lead a team of web researchers, including professional guidance, mentorship and career development
• Managing ongoing research projects, prioritizing tasks and ensuring the continuity of existing operations
• Defining research methodologies and maintaining high-quality technical output across the team
• Leading the hiring process for new researchers, from defining technical requirements to onboarding

If you have:

• 2+ years of managerial experience as a team leader and/or teach lead
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic environment
• Experience in mentoring researchers and conducting professional code reviews
• Rich experience in cyber security research, specifically in the web and mobile domains
• Deep understanding of communication protocols and practical experience in cryptography
• Proven experience with tools such as Frida and GDB/LLDB
• Deep practical experience in conduct advanced static and dynamic analysis of mobile applications, preferably for Android and iOS
