Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring a Cybersecurity Implementation Specialist

Leading healthcare organization | Central Israel

Role Overview:

Hands-on role focused on operating and improving the organization’s cybersecurity systems. The position includes incident investigation and response, implementing security architecture for cloud and on-prem environments and leading cross-organizational security projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents
Operate and maintain enterprise security systems (SIEM, SOC, XDR, EDR, FW, WAF)
Implement security architecture for on-premises and cloud environments
Work closely with cybersecurity, development, networking and system teams
Develop automation processes using Python or PowerShell
Write technical documentation and security specifications
Lead cybersecurity initiatives and cross-organizational projects

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in security monitoring and Incident Response
3+ years of experience securing infrastructure and cloud environments and working with SIEM/SOC platforms
Strong experience with XDR or EDR and firewall management
Experience writing scripts using Python or PowerShell
Experience writing technical documentation and leading cybersecurity projects
