Sales & Finance Coordinator (Maternity Leave Cover)

About the Role

Are you a highly organized, sharp-minded professional looking to take a central role in a fast-paced tech company? Ontopo is looking for a SSales & Finance Coordinator to join our team in Ramat Gan.

What You'll Do

• Full Ownership of Billing & Collections: You will be solely responsible for the end-to-end billing process, including invoice preparation, payment tracking, and proactive, professional collection calls to ensure healthy cash flow.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Act as a bridge between Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure seamless communication and accurate reporting.
• Contract & CRM Management: Maintain a high standard of data integrity within our HubSpot CRM.
• Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly insights on sales, billing status, and collections.

What We're Looking For

• The Right Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales support, administrative operations.
• The Finisher: You are comfortable with routine tasks but approach them with a high level of detail and a commitment to seeing things through to the end.
• A "Can-Do" Attitude: You are a fast learner who can connect the dots and anticipate the needs of the Sales Manager.
• Communication Skills: You know how to be assertive yet service-oriented.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel. Experience with HubSpot is a significant advantage.
