Role Overview:

• Founding Engineering: The individual in this role will report directly to the CTO, with a clear growth path toward VP R&D for suitable candidates.
• End-to-End Development: Taking full ownership of the Full-Stack ecosystem, building scalable features from the database to the client-side using Node.js and React.
• AI Agent Architecture: Designing and implementing sophisticated AI Agents combined with classical Machine Learning solutions to automate complex decision-making processes.
• Data-Intensive Engineering: Managing high-velocity data streams and real-time user insights using BigQuery and Redis within a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment.
• Strategic Leadership: Joining a core team of developers to drive the technical roadmap, architectural decisions, and the rapid evolution from MVP to enterprise-scale production.

Requirements:

• Extensive professional experience in Full-Stack Development – Mandatory.
• Deep proficiency in Node.js and React – Mandatory.
• Substantial experience with Cloud platforms (preferably GCP) – Mandatory.
• Proven hands-on experience in AI development, specifically building AI Agents or LLM-integrated systems – Mandatory.
• Strong background in database management and real-time data processing.
