Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Creative Manager based in Ramat Gan. The Creative Manager will lead creative direction and strategy development, ensuring effective branding and alignment across projects. Responsibilities include overseeing design projects, managing graphic design output, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals. The role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on involvement in delivering impactful creative solutions.

This role is AI-driven. Candidates are expected to actively use modern AI tools as part of their creative workflow. If you are not familiar with current AI trends and tools used in design, creative production, and marketing workflows, this role may not be the right fit.

Experience or familiarity with Amazon marketplace creative (listing images, A+ content, ads, etc.) is a strong advantage.

Atomic Growth operates in a startup-style environment, so candidates must be agile, resourceful, and comfortable moving quickly while building processes and systems.

Qualifications

Expertise in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy to drive compelling, brand-aligned campaigns

Strong skills in Branding, with the ability to maintain cohesive visual and messaging standards

Experience in Project Management, ensuring timely delivery of creative work across multiple initiatives

Proficiency in Graphic Design, with a strong eye for aesthetics and visual composition

Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site startup environment

Active familiarity with AI tools used for creative production, design workflows, and marketing content

• Experience or knowledge of Amazon marketplace creative and e-commerce environments is a strong advantage
