DevOps Engineer

The organization develops an innovative AI-native platform that enables enterprises to discover, protect, and mitigate data risks across complex cloud and hybrid environments.

The company's R&D center is located in Central Israel (prime location near major transport hubs) and operates a hybrid work model with remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Infrastructure Engineering: The individual in this role will join an elite DevOps unit, reporting to the DevOps Manager and focusing on the reliability and scalability of a high-concurrency security platform.
• Multi-Cloud Operations: Managing and optimizing global infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring seamless cross-provider performance.
• Orchestration & Automation: Designing and maintaining high-scale Kubernetes clusters and implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Data Streaming Support: Supporting complex data environments and real-time streaming architectures, including the management of Kafka clusters.
• CI/CD & Observability: Building and refining automated deployment pipelines and monitoring systems to ensure continuous delivery and system health in a Linux-centric environment.

Requirements:

• Extensive professional experience in DevOps Engineering – Mandatory.
• Deep proficiency in Linux system administration and internals – Mandatory.
• Substantial hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) – Mandatory.
• Proven expertise in Kubernetes (K8s) within production-grade environments – Mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure automation – Mandatory.
• Programming skills in Python for automation and tool development.
