Billing Analyst

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Billing Analyst to take ownership of our end-to-end billing operations and ensure a seamless, accurate, and transparent invoicing experience for our customers. This is a critical role in maintaining trust, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting our clients' cloud cost efficiency journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the billing process from start to invoice issuance
• Input and validate client pricing data using the Umbrella platform
• Generate accurate monthly invoices in a timely manner
• Collaborate with clients to address questions, provide billing details, and ensure clarity
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate billing processes, including working closely with the dev team
• Report any errors or inconsistencies transparently and promptly

Requirements

• A degree in Data Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis and cost analysis
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical and data-processing skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets with accuracy and attention to details
• Proven ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and optimize processes
• Self-motivated, proactive, highly organized, and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks, with a "can-do" attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hebrew and English (written and verbal)
• Hands-on experience in FinOps, AWS Cost Explorer, or managing cloud cost data - Advantage
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and experience with AWS or other cloud platforms - Advantage
