Salesforce Administrator

Keshet Group is looking for an experienced and hands-on Salesforce Administrator to take a central role in leading the implementation, ongoing management, and continuous development of the Salesforce platform across the organization.

This role combines cross-functional work with business units, close collaboration with project managers, development teams, and vendors, alongside hands-on system configuration and continuous improvement of business processes and user experience.

What you’ll do?

· Lead Salesforce implementation, management, and ongoing development

· Work closely with the Project Manager, business units, development teams, and implementation vendors

· Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable system solutions

· Plan, execute, and manage UAT processes and drive system improvements

· Support user training, prepare training materials, and promote system adoption

· Manage the backlog: prioritize requirements, build roadmaps, and manage sprints & releases

· Perform hands-on Salesforce configuration, simple implementations, and ongoing maintenance

· Manage permissions, monitor issues, ensure data quality, and maintain system stability

· Manage implementation vendors, including task definition, SLA monitoring, and delivery quality

What we’re looking for?

Must have:

· 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Implementer / Administrator

· Experience leading or supporting information systems implementation projects, including business analysis and process design

· Experience managing integrations with other systems (ERP, financial, and operational systems, as well as development and implementation partners)

· Ability to work independently with strong organizational, prioritization, and system-level thinking

· Excellent interpersonal communication and a service-oriented mindset

Nice to have:

· Familiarity with Salesforce Low-Code / No-Code tools, Workflows, and Automations

· Experience with configuration in SaaS systems

· Relevant Salesforce certifications (Administrator / Business Analyst / App Builder)

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering & Management, Computer Science, or a related field
