DevOps Training Program – Career Preparation Track (No Prior DevOps Experience Required)

About the Program

Develeap is a leading DevOps consulting company in Israel, working with startups and enterprises on cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, automation, and DevOps best practices.

As part of our professional training initiative, we are opening applications for a DevOps Training Program designed to prepare participants for entry-level DevOps engineering roles in the industry.

This is a full-time, intensive training track, operated by Develeap, focused on practical skills, professional mindset, and real-world DevOps workflows.

Program Overview

The program is designed to simulate real DevOps team environments and includes:

• Hands-on training in cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and monitoring
• Daily practice with modern DevOps tools and workflows
• Structured learning combined with labs, self-study, and practical assignments
• Ongoing mentorship from experienced Develeap DevOps engineers
• Development of a professional portfolio project

Program Details

• Duration: 16 weeks, full-time
• Format: Hybrid – primarily remote with weekly in-person sessions at Develeap offices (central area)
• Schedule: Sunday–Thursday

The training program is provided at no cost to the participant and is part of Develeap’s internal professional development efforts.

Candidate Profile

This program may be a good fit for candidates with:

• Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical fields
• Programming experience (Python is an advantage)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• High learning capacity and ability to commit to an intensive full-time program
• Motivation to develop a professional DevOps skill set

No prior professional DevOps experience is required.
