Director of Product

The company's R&D center is located in Central Israel (prime location near major transport hubs) and operates a hybrid work model with remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Executive Leadership: Reporting directly to the EVP, taking full ownership of the product vision and high-level strategy for a major division.
• Management of Managers: Direct leadership of Product Team Leads, overseeing the professional development and roadmap of a multi-product department.
• Comprehensive Roadmap: Driving both Inbound (technical architecture, R&D sync) and Outbound (market positioning, global go-to-market strategy) product lifecycles.
• High-Scale Impact: Shaping the future of a world-class digital product, influencing how millions of consumers interact with streaming content in real-time.
• Strategic Influence: Working closely with global executive leadership to align product goals with the company’s ambitious growth and monetization targets.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in People Management (Team Lead level or higher) – Mandatory.
• Experience Managing Other Managers (Group Manager / Director level) – Significant Advantage.
• B2C / C2B Background: Extensive experience in high-scale, consumer-facing technology companies – Mandatory.
• Proven track record of defining and executing complex, data-driven product roadmaps.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical skills and a deep understanding of user behavior and market trends.
