This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Legal Counsel based in Israel, with the flexibility to work remotely on some days. The Senior Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support on a wide range of matters, including contract negotiation, drafting, and reviewing legal documents, addressing legal issues, and providing expert legal advice to leadership and internal stakeholders. The role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks, and contributing to strategic decision-making.

• Strong expertise in Law and Legal Issues, with a solid understanding of local and international regulations
• Proven experience in Contract Negotiation and Legal Document Preparation
• Proficiency in providing sound and strategic Legal Advice to support business decision-making
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• At least 7-10 years of legal experience, with preference for candidates with expertise in corporate or commercial law
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent), with bar admission in Israel
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and within a dynamic corporate environment is a plus
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required; additional language skills are an advantage
