EON Engineering Solutions is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our team on the ground in Ghana.
Since 2020, EON has specialized in large-scale civil and marine projects. We deliver turnkey projects, design, and consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
● Drive Growth: Identify new business opportunities and manage strategic relationships with public and private entities.
● Strategy & Execution: Prepare business plans for new ventures and commercially oversee the project from project prospecting to completion stage.
● Impact: Introduce advanced tailored solutions acting as a key link between the company and the clients.
What we are looking for:
● Experience: 2-5 years in Business Development.
● Education: Academic degree.
● Language: Full proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
● Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, creative problem-solving, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
● Advantages: Experience in the infrastructure/construction sector or familiarity with the African market is a significant plus.
