Business case

To ensure the success of our transformation, we need a dedicated Junior Project Manager overseeing approximately 11 workstreams.

This role will provide continuous status oversight and ensure alignment across teams.

Having a dedicated resource will keep workstreams moving forward, proactively managing risks and bottlenecks.

This role is critical for maintaining pace, ensuring smooth coordination, and driving the program’s overall success.

Junior Project Manager Job Description

• Plan, monitor, maintain, and operate transformation workstreams, including timelines and milestones.
• Act as a gatekeeper, raising flags based on project needs and priorities.
• Coordinate between workstreams and divisions.
• Participate in meetings, prepare summaries, and document protocols.
• Prepare presentations and other materials as needed.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (strong advantage).
• First degree in Industrial engineering, PMP certificate - Advantage.
• Experience in a SasS business (essential)
• Experience in international organizations (advantage).
• Full-time availability, with flexibility for overtime/unusual hours.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew (must).
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
