Java Software Engineer

The R&D center is located in Central Tel Aviv (prime location near major transport hubs) and operates a hybrid model with remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Core Engineering: Joining the elite Core Team responsible for the platform's engine, handling real-time code analysis and autonomous repair at an enterprise scale.
• High-Performance Backend: Developing scalable, mission-critical services primarily in Java, leveraging Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• AI & Automation: Implementing AI-powered automation layers and autonomous agents that identify, analyze, and resolve production issues in real-time.
• Architectural Ownership: Designing complex distributed systems and microservices architectures that support high-concurrency environments.
• Full-Cycle Innovation: From rapid prototyping of AI features to the deployment of robust production-grade infrastructure.

Requirements:

• 5 years of professional experience as a Backend Developer – Mandatory.
• Deep proficiency in either Java or C# – Mandatory.
• 3 years of experience with Relational Databases – Mandatory.
• Strong System Design and Architecture skills – Mandatory.
• Proven experience with Microservices and Kubernetes in a production environment.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
• Proficiency with AI-coding tools and a track record of rapid prototyping.
