As the founding engineering hire joining the core team of founders, the individual in this role will have a profound impact on the product’s DNA and technical architecture from its earliest stages.

Role Overview:

• Founding Member: Designing and building autonomous testing systems from the ground up, moving far beyond traditional automation frameworks.
• Intelligent Agents: Architecting and implementing AI-based Testing Agents capable of independent reasoning, adaptation, and autonomous error reporting.
• Self-Healing Infrastructure: Building dynamic, self-maintaining test suites that automatically adapt to UI and API changes without manual intervention.
• CI/CD Integration: Embedding agent-based processes into the development lifecycle to ensure continuous, high-speed delivery.
• Quality Observability: Defining performance metrics and reliability standards for AI agents to ensure precision in a high-stakes real estate data environment.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional experience in Software Development or Test Automation – Mandatory.
• High-level proficiency in Python or TypeScript – Mandatory.
• Experience with AI Agents / LLMs in the context of automated testing or autonomous systems – Mandatory.
• Deep hands-on experience with modern automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium).
• Strong background in API testing and complex system integration.
