Yael Group is recruiting an EBS Upgrade Project Manager for a full-time position in Tel Aviv.

Job Description:

Lead the Oracle EBS system upgrade project from version 12.2.6 to version 12.2.15 end-to-end.
Build and manage the project plan, including Gantt charts, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
Work in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders: IT, Finance, Procurement, management, business users, and external vendors.
Coordinate between business and technological stakeholders and manage cross-organizational processes within a large, distributed organization.
Manage status meetings, progress reports, and ongoing project tracking.
The position operates in a hybrid model that allows one day of work from home.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience managing large, cross-organizational IT projects.
Experience working with ERP systems (mandatory) and strong understanding of organizational processes.
Experience managing projects in a matrix environment involving development teams, QA, business users, and management.
Ability to drive people and processes, with a proactive, service-oriented, and patient approach.
Ability to work independently, with high responsibility and a broad system-level perspective.
Advantage: Experience managing ERP projects in large organizations or system upgrade projects.
Advantage: Relevant education (Information Systems / Industrial Engineering and Management / Computer Science) or a project management certification such as PMP.
