Product Manager

A successful and scaling Israeli-founded Cybersecurity company is expanding its product leadership team. The organization has developed an innovative platform that secures and manages enterprise browser activity, providing a critical layer of protection against both internal and external data security risks.

By transforming existing browsers into secure, managed environments, the platform enables security leaders to mitigate threats caused by both intentional and accidental user actions.

Backed by significant venture funding, the company operates a high-growth R&D center focused on advanced network and identity protection.

The company is located in Central Israel (prime location near major transport hubs) and operates a hybrid work model with remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Product Strategy: The individual in this role will report to the VP Product, taking a lead role in defining the roadmap and functional requirements for the core security platform.
• Security Innovation: Driving the evolution of browser-based security, with a focus on integrating Network Security and AI-driven protection capabilities.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to translate complex security challenges into seamless user experiences.
• Lifecycle Management: Managing products from initial concept through high-growth scaling, ensuring alignment with market needs and enterprise security standards.
• Agile Execution: Working within an agile development environment to deliver high-impact features in a fast-paced, high-velocity setting.

Requirements:

• Extensive professional experience in Product Management, specifically within the Cybersecurity domain – Mandatory.
• Proven expertise in Network Security or AI-based security products – Mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to decompose complex technical challenges.
• Deep hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Proven track record of delivering results in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Academic degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
