C++ Software Engineer

A pioneering Israeli-founded Cybersecurity startup is developing a first-of-its-kind protection layer for organizational AI Agents.

Backed by significant venture funding from leading global firms, the company provides a comprehensive security suite that discovers, monitors, and protects AI agents across platforms, browsers, and endpoints.

By analyzing agent configurations and monitoring all communications, the platform allows security leaders to identify exposure and block internal and external threats in real-time.

Operating within a Cloud-native and SaaS environment, the organization is building its foundation with an elite team of researchers and engineers.

The company’s R&D center is located in Central Tel Aviv (prime location with direct access to the Light Rail) and operates an in-office work model.

Role Overview:

• Core Development: The individual in this role will join the Founding Core Team, taking a lead role in building the platform’s infrastructure from the ground up.
• High-Performance Engineering: Developing mission-critical systems primarily in Python, with integration of Go and low-level components for maximum efficiency.
• Multi-Cloud Architecture: Designing and maintaining scalable services across Multi-Cloud environments, utilizing Docker and Microservices.
• AI-Driven Security: Implementing advanced AI tools to automate the discovery and security assessment of autonomous agents within enterprise networks.
• System Design: Contributing to the architectural evolution of the platform, ensuring high availability and robust protection against sophisticated cyber attacks.

Requirements:

• Extensive professional experience in Backend Development (Python, Go, or C++) – Mandatory.
• Proven background in elite military technology units – Mandatory.
• Deep understanding of software design patterns and building systems from scratch.
• Experience with Docker, Microservices, and modern development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on high-performance, secure coding practice
