Role Overview:

• Core Backend Development: The individual in this role will join an elite engineering team, focusing on the design and implementation of mission-critical services using Go.
• Cloud-Native Architecture: Architecting and maintaining scalable systems within an AWS environment, utilizing Kubernetes and Docker for orchestration.
• Infrastructure as Code: Implementing and managing complex infrastructure deployments using Terragrunt and modern DevOps methodologies.
• Technical Leadership: For qualified candidates, the individual will serve as a Technical Lead, driving architectural decisions and mentoring team members.
• Scalable AI Systems: Building the robust backend infrastructure required to support high-performance AI research tools used by medical professionals worldwide.

Requirements:

• Extensive professional experience in Backend Development – Mandatory.
• Proven proficiency in one or more of the following: Python, Scala, Java, .NET, Node.js, Kotlin, or Clojure – Mandatory.
• Significant hands-on experience with Kubernetes in a production environment – Mandatory.
• Extensive experience with AWS and cloud-native services – Mandatory.
• Strong background in microservices architecture and containerized environments (Docker).
• Proven ability to lead complex technical projects from design to deployment.
