About the Role

AccelX is looking for a senior System Analyst to help turn complex business needs into clear, structured, and unambiguous system behavior. This role is ideal for someone who can bring order to messy inputs, work closely with customers and delivery teams, and define requirements in a way that supports both people and AI-driven delivery.

Role Description

• Lead requirements discovery with non-technical stakeholders
• Translate business processes into structured functional specifications
• Define business rules, workflows, permissions, and exception handling
• Create specifications that can be effectively used by AI tools and agents
• Support the delivery team with clarifications and controlled requirement changes throughout the project
• Play a key role across the full delivery lifecycle, with strong involvement in early project phases and ongoing ownership as the solution evolves

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role
• Proven experience owning requirements for complex systems end-to-end
• Strong background in leading structured requirements workshops with business stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to produce clear, detailed, high-quality functional specifications
• Strong capability in defining deterministic requirements, including rules, flows, permissions, and edge cases
• Fluent Hebrew, written and spoken
• Practical experience using AI tools to draft, refine, or validate specifications

Work Model

• Full-time role
• High involvement throughout discovery, definition, and delivery stages
• Close collaboration with AccelX leadership, development teams, and customer stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy environments
• Familiarity with approval workflows, audit trails, or digital signature processes
• Experience working closely with senior architects or technical leaders

Not a Fit If

• You mainly write Jira tickets without owning discovery
• You expect engineers to resolve unclear requirements for you
• You see AI as a trend rather than a practical delivery enabler
