We are looking for a results-driven, energetic team player with a contagious “can-do” attitude to join our growing Retention Marketing Team.
In this role, you will play a significant part in shaping our customer journey. You will combine the strategic responsibilities of a Campaign & Customer Life-Cycle Specialist with hands-on Email Marketing, driving the development and execution of end-to-end campaigns that keep our users engaged and loyal.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Campaign Management: Initiate and execute comprehensive retention campaigns aimed at engaging existing customers, increasing loyalty, and boosting retention rates.
- Email Marketing Strategy: Lead the creation of compelling email campaigns tailored to specific segments of the customer life cycle (Onboarding, Re-engagement, Churn Prevention, and Loyalty).
- Multi-Channel Automation: Develop and implement automation strategies that ensure a cohesive user experience across multiple touchpoints, including Email, Push Notifications, and In-App Messages.
- Data-Driven Segmentation: Utilize data to segment audiences, personalize communications, and automate customer journeys based on user behavior and preferences.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign metrics and customer data to identify trends, generate insights, and uncover opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Testing & Optimization: Implement A/B testing methodologies to continuously optimize messaging, content, and campaign workflows.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure retention campaigns align with broader marketing initiatives and business goals.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on the latest trends in marketing automation and user journey best practices.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail and creativity in crafting compelling messaging.
- Soft Skills: You are an "Out of the box" thinker, organized, and detail-oriented. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities to meet tight deadlines.
- People Skills: A collaborative team player with the ability to motivate stakeholders and drive multi-faceted projects.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
Bonus Points (Advantages)
- 1+ years of experience in marketing roles focused on customer engagement, retention, or CRM management.
- Proficiency in Email Marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and CRM systems (e.g., Braze, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Experience with HTML/CSS and email template design.
- Background in Fintech/Investing apps or general financial knowledge.
