Backed by substantial initial venture funding from premier global firms, the organization is building a high-performance core team of engineers to drive its mission-critical infrastructure from the earliest stages.

The company's R&D center is located in Central Tel Aviv (prime location near major transport hubs) and operates an in-office work model with future flexibility for remote work.

Role Overview:

• Core Product Development: The individual in this role will be a key member of a lean, high-caliber engineering team, taking full ownership of server-side logic and system architecture.
• Scalable Backend Systems: Developing and maintaining high-concurrency game services using .NET Core and WebSockets for real-time interactivity.
• Data Architecture: Designing and optimizing complex data flows across both SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB) environments to support millions of potential interactions.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Implementing and managing services within an AWS ecosystem, ensuring high availability and seamless performance for a global audience.
• Strategic Influence: Collaborating closely with the founding team to shape the technical roadmap and drive the evolution of a new gaming vertical.

Requirements:

• Extensive professional experience in Software Development – Mandatory.
• Deep proficiency in .NET and .NET Core – Mandatory.
• Strong expertise in Server-Side development and distributed systems – Mandatory.
• Extensive experience with Databases (SQL and NoSQL/MongoDB) – Mandatory.
• Proven track record of building and deploying high-scale, production-ready applications.
• Ability to thrive in an early-stage, fast-paced startup environment.
