We are looking for an experienced Electronics Buyer to join a challenging and dynamic role in Netanya.

Responsibilities:

• Procurement of electronic components for R&D and production while ensuring quality requirements.
• Creating purchase orders, tracking orders, and maintaining accurate updates in the system.
• Full ownership of the procurement cycle – from purchase order issuance through receipt in the warehouse and supplier payment.
• Close collaboration with R&D, Quality, Operations, and Finance teams.
• Ongoing work with local and international suppliers.
• Initiating and implementing process improvements within procurement activities.

Requirements:

• Education: Practical Engineer / B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management or a relevant Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Buyer in an industrial company, with knowledge of the electronic components market in Israel and globally.
• Advantage: experience in subcontractor companies or in electronics / electromechanical industries.
• Strong expertise and understanding in electronic components procurement.
• Proven ability to manage negotiations across different scopes and volumes.
• Strong commercial skills and experience closing contracts with significant budgets.
• Deep familiarity with suppliers in the electronics / electromechanical industry in Israel and worldwide.
• Experience in general procurement, including purchasing products and services required for company operations such as consulting agreements, office furniture and equipment, IT equipment, office facilities maintenance, electronic test equipment, engineering software, training programs, and more.
• Experience working with ERP systems and procurement processes; Priority – an advantage.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and datasheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to analyze organizational needs and plan accordingly.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment with multiple interfaces, including flexible working hours.
