Bookkeeper

This role includes hands-on accounting responsibilities and close partnership in financial operations, combined with the use of AI tools and advanced technologies as part of the day-to-day work.

What will you be doing?

• Full-cycle bookkeeping up to trial balance
• Working with vendors and customers: invoice processing, payments, and collections
• Performing bank, credit card, and cash reconciliations
• Ongoing reporting to authorities (VAT, payroll deductions, National Insurance)
• Working closely with the company’s CPA and financial interfaces
• Producing financial reports and internal controls
• Working with advanced financial systems, automation processes, and AI tools as part of the routine

What are we looking for?

• Bookkeeping certificate (Type 2/3) – mandatory
• 4–5 years of bookkeeping experience – mandatory
• Experience with monthly closings and preparing data for financial statements
• Experience working up to trial balance – mandatory
• Strong Excel skills – mandatory
• Experience with Oracle – advantage
• Experience working with technological tools and AI – advantage
• Strong communication skills, team player mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow
