At Zap Group, you’ll have the opportunity to join a Finance team that operates at the heart of the company’s business activity, with real responsibility, advanced processes, and an environment that supports continuous learning and growth.

This role includes hands-on accounting responsibilities and close partnership in financial operations, combined with the use of AI tools and advanced technologies as part of the day-to-day work.

What will you be doing?

Full-cycle bookkeeping up to trial balance
Working with vendors and customers: invoice processing, payments, and collections
Performing bank, credit card, and cash reconciliations
Ongoing reporting to authorities (VAT, payroll deductions, National Insurance)
Working closely with the company’s CPA and financial interfaces
Producing financial reports and internal controls
Working with advanced financial systems, automation processes, and AI tools as part of the routine

What are we looking for?

Bookkeeping certificate (Type 2/3) – mandatory
4–5 years of bookkeeping experience – mandatory
Experience with monthly closings and preparing data for financial statements
Experience working up to trial balance – mandatory
Strong Excel skills – mandatory
Experience with Oracle – advantage
Experience working with technological tools and AI – advantage
Strong communication skills, team player mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow
