SEO & GEO Specialist (Full-Time, Tel Aviv)

We are seeking a junior search engine optimization (SEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) specialist - no prior experience required (up to one year is a plus).

At the highest level, this role is about delivering excellent consultancy that helps our partners leverage SEO and AI-driven search most beneficially. An SEO & GEO specialist uses data and creativity to advise on strategy and guide action, finding insight, solutions, and opportunities in an ever-changing digital landscape where traditional search meets generative AI.

You'll be exposed to real-world client work, and we'll expect you to be a valuable, contributing member of our team while you learn. You will go through full hands-on training and mentorship before gradually taking responsibility for client activities independently. These will include:

• Cooperate with clients to plan and execute their digital strategy across both traditional search engines and AI discovery platforms.
• Undertake technical SEO audits and work with development teams to implement required changes, and follow up with quality assurance.
• Conduct ongoing research and data analysis to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for clients, and create relevant content plans accordingly tailored for both users and LLMs (Large Language Models).
• Optimize brand visibility within AI-generated answers (GEO) by analyzing citations, sentiment, and authoritative footprint.
• Leverage data tools and dashboards to monitor and evaluate websites’ performance, and present findings and actionable insights regularly.
• Monitor, evaluate, & act to improve the technical health of their websites and their compatibility with AI crawlers.

• Previous experience working in a technological/digital environment
• Experience with data analysis & tools (including AI-powered research tools)
• Familiarity with how LLMs (like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) retrieve and process information
• A research-oriented academic degree (psychology, philosophy, biology, economics, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS & JS) — can be self-taught or academic
