Junior Mechanical Engineer

 Junior Mechanical Engineer (1–3 Years Experience) — Hands-On Systems Development

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our multidisciplinary R&D team and take part in the development of advanced electromechanical systems from concept to deployment.

This is a hands-on engineering role that combines design, prototyping, testing, and real-world problem solving.

• Mechanical design of assemblies and components using SolidWorks
• Development of electro-mechanical systems and mechanisms
• Creation of detailed drawings for manufacturing and assembly
• Hands-on work including prototyping, integration, and testing
• Participation in system-level development alongside electrical and software teams
• Support for production, integration, and field issues
• Design improvements based on test results and operational feedback
• BOM creation and documentation

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
• 1–3 years of experience in mechanical design
• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks
• Practical hands-on skills — assembly, testing, troubleshooting
• Experience designing for manufacturing (DFM/DFA)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced R&D environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
• Team player with good communication skills

• Experience with electro-mechanical systems
• Familiarity with sheet metal design, machining, or plastics
• Experience with prototype development and lab work
• Knowledge of tolerance analysis
• Military technological unit background (if relevant)
