We are recruiting a Software Development Team Lead for a global high-tech company located in Northern Israel.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage a software team developing high-performance algorithms for advanced systems
- Lead the development of algorithms in complex technological environments
- Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Support the ongoing development and improvement of algorithm-based solutions
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in C++ software development
- 1 year of experience leading teams
- Proven experience in implementing algorithms
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline
