We are looking for an exceptional HR Director to join our executive leadership team and shape the people strategy of one of Israel’s most dynamic and fast-growing companies.

This role reports directly to the CEO and plays a central role in defining our next phase of growth.

What You’ll Own

•Lead the full HR strategy in alignment with business growth and transformation

•Serve as a true strategic partner to the CEO and executive team

•Act as the key HR interface with our global headquarters in Paris

•Lead and elevate the local HR team

•Own talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational design and employee experience

•Build and sustain a high-performance, accountable, and innovative culture

•Drive engagement, retention, and long-term organizational resilience

Who You Are

•A senior HR leader (VP HR / HR Director / Senior HRBP) with proven executive exposure

•Experienced in working within a global organization and reporting to international HQ – mandatory

•Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven, competitive environment

•Experience in fintech / payments / credit cards / employee benefits – a strong advantage

•Master’s degree – an advantage

•Strategic thinker with operational depth

•Courageous, pragmatic, and people-centric
