Software Architect

A highly successful and profitable Global Technology Group is expanding its architectural leadership. The company develops mission-critical, high-scale platforms and applications for the regulated Online Gaming and Digital Entertainment sectors.

With hundreds of employees and a strong international presence, the organization manages complex, high-concurrency environments that process millions of transactions daily under rigorous regulatory standards.

The company’s R&D center is located in Tel Aviv (prime location with direct access to the Light Rail) and operates a hybrid work model.

Role Overview:

• System Architecture: Leading high-level design and architectural strategy for core server-side systems, reporting directly to the Server Group Manager.
• Technical Authority: Serving as a professional mentor, conducting technical reviews, and leading advanced training sessions for the engineering teams.
• Core Development: Driving architectural evolution using Java and Spring Boot to ensure performance and scalability.
• Complex Design: Overseeing the transition from business requirements to robust, secure, and highly available technical blueprints.
• Strategic Impact: Ensuring the platform’s architecture remains at the forefront of technology while adhering to global compliance and security protocols.

Requirements:

• 7 years of professional experience in Java development – Mandatory.
• 2 years of experience as a Software Architect, with a proven track record of designing large-scale systems – Mandatory.
• Deep expertise in Spring and Spring Boot frameworks – Mandatory.
• Extensive experience in distributed systems and high-concurrency environments.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and professional coaching.
