Data Scientist

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer / Applied AI Scientist to join our growing data team. In this role, you will design and deploy ML models and AI-driven systems that help improve product performance, player engagement, and business decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve product and business challenges
• Build AI systems including agentic AI solutions and LLM-powered pipelines
• Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to evaluate product features and player behavior
• Analyze large-scale player data to generate insights and improve engagement, retention, and monetization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to deliver data-driven solutions
• Develop scalable ML workflows and data pipelines
• Communicate complex insights clearly through presentations, dashboards, and visualizations
• Monitor and improve model performance in production environments

Requirements

• BSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or a related field (MSc – advantage)
• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying ML models into production environments
• Experience building AI agents and pipelines using frameworks such as Google ADK, LangChain, or LangGraph
• Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and prompt engineering practices
• Strong background in statistical modeling, inference, and probability theory
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation design
• Experience working with Python and data analysis tools such as SQL
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in the gaming industry – advantage
