A large, well-established organization is looking for an experienced Business Applications Implementer to join its internal Information Systems team.
This is a broad and impactful role at the intersection of technology, business processes, and people. You will work closely with teams across the organization, translating operational needs into system solutions and improvements across a variety of enterprise applications.
The role includes managing multiple parallel initiatives - from quick improvements and small internal projects to larger cross-company initiatives that support core business processes. You will take ownership of tasks and projects end-to-end, from understanding the business need through implementation, go-live, and user adoption.

This is a hybrid position (1 day a week from home).
The company's offices are in Rishon LeZion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from internal stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and system solutions
- Implement and configure processes across business applications and internal systems
- Manage and lead multiple tasks and projects in parallel, including cross-company initiatives
- Write SQL queries and work with organizational data as part of daily work
- Support integrations and data flows between systems
- Lead go-live processes, train users, and ensure successful adoption
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve existing processes and system usage
Requirements:
- Academic degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Hands-on experience implementing business applications or information systems
- Experience working closely with business users and stakeholders
- Strong practical SQL experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills and high level of ownership
