Benefit Programmatic Media is a fast-growing programmatic advertising company working with some of the largest publishers and advertising platforms in the global AdTech ecosystem.
We operate large-scale programmatic advertising across , Mobile and CTV environments, connecting premium supply with top demand partners worldwide.
We are looking for an Ad Operations Specialist to join our AdOps team and manage the day-to-day connection between demand and supply partners, ensuring campaigns run smoothly, traffic quality is maintained, and revenue opportunities are maximized.
Success in this role means being able to efficiently manage programmatic integrations, monitor performance, resolve delivery issues, and continuously optimize traffic across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities- Manage and optimize programmatic campaigns across In-App and CTV inventory
- Connect and manage integrations between supply sources and demand partners
- Monitor delivery, performance metrics, and traffic quality across multiple platforms
- Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues and technical integrations
- Work with leading SSPs and DSPs to optimize traffic performance and revenue
- Maintain strong relationships with global publishers and demand partners
- Analyze reporting data to identify optimization opportunities
- Ensure traffic complies with industry quality standards and marketplace policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to scale and improve programmatic operations
- Hands-on experience integrating and managing demand and supply partners across programmatic platforms
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Ad Operations or Programmatic Advertising
- Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (SSP / DSP / Ad Exchanges)
- Experience working with In-App and/or CTV advertising environments
- Familiarity with programmatic protocols such as OpenRTB, VAST, prebid
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Understanding of ads.txt / app-ads.txt / sellers.json ecosystem
- Experience analyzing traffic quality and working with IVT detection tools (e.g., HUMAN, DoubleVerify, IAS)
- Previous experience working with large-scale programmatic traffic environments
- Experience with SpringServe ad servers
