Software Engineer

Looking for candidates for a position of Software Engineer based in Petach Tikva or Haifa Israel.

The AI Developer will design, develop, and deploy AI and Generative-AI solutions that support identity automation, access insights, anomaly detection, and persona-based IAM workflows.

The role involves end-to-end model development, integration of AI capabilities into Cyber IAM services, data analysis, and collaboration with cybersecurity and architecture teams.

Qualifications -

• Proficiency in Python and ML/AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
• Experience with LLM/GenAI model development and integration.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, embeddings, vector stores, and model evaluation.
• Experience with model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD, testing, versioning, and governance.
• Knowledge of IAM fundamentals: identity lifecycle, persona-based access, RBAC/ABAC.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with agentic AI, autonomous workflows, or RAG. Desired

Skills

• Familiarity with enterprise AI tools such as GitHub Copilot or internal LLMs.
• Background in identity analytics or risk scoring.
• Experience deploying ML solutions in Azure, Kubernetes, or microservices.
• Understanding of secure coding and responsible AI principles.

Experience level: Expert 7-10 years
