We are seeking a highly driven, strategic, and hands-on Director of Recruiting for Israel to lead and elevate all local Talent Acquisition operations for a leading company in the Cyber Security Solutions field.
The role combines strategy, operational leadership, and transformation, with ownership of the full recruiting engine in Israel — from hiring strategy and team leadership to employer branding, systems modernization, and candidate experience.
The position requires a leader with fresh energy, a passion for transformation, and a deep understanding of the Israeli talent market.
You will own the full recruiting engine in Israel from hiring strategy and systems transformation to employer branding, leadership visibility, and candidate experience while partnering closely with HR leaders, multiple C-level executives, and global TA leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 13-15 Recruiters supporting R&D, corporate functions, senior leadership hiring, and student programs.
- Build and execute a modern, data-driven TA strategy aligned with business growth in the Israeli site.
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships including HR leaders and most local C-level executives.
- Implement new recruitment systems and champion AI-based tools, automations, and innovations.
- Strengthen recruitment marketing: career fairs, meetups, exposure days, tactical employer branding initiatives.
- Improve hiring manager experience, candidate experience, reporting, and TA service levels.
- Lead workforce planning, headcount management, and collaborate with finance on budget and comp considerations.
- Drive transformation initiatives as part of the company's global TA modernization agenda.
- Provide clear dashboards, insights, and frequent reporting to global leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in recruiting, with at least 3+ years leading teams in a fast-paced tech organization.
- Proven experience hiring for R&D in Israel; cyber or security industry experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior executives.
- Demonstrated success running large-scale hiring operations, transformations, or system implementations.
- Expertise in Talent Acquisition reporting, headcount planning, and labor market intelligence.
- Passion and curiosity for AI adoption in recruiting.
- Exceptional communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- Highly independent - able to operate with a remote manager in the US timezone.
- Strong professional network in the Israeli tech ecosystem.
