Senior Microsoft Sysadmin

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microsoft Sysadmin to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting our Active Directory and Office 365 environments, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Entra ID, SharePoint, OneDrive Exchange online and Teams technologies and the ability to lead complex infrastructure projects.

The position requires on-site presence 4 days per week (and 1 from home): 2 days at our Jerusalem site and 2 days at one of our other locations in Ramat Gan, Tel Aviv, or Petach Tikva.

What will your job look like:

• Manage and support Microsoft Active Directory in sync with Entra ID
• Manage and support Office365 environment with focus on SharePoint online and Teams
• Implement and monitor applications and users authentication (AD, Entra ID)
• Manage Users, Group and Computer objects and create Group Policy
• Troubleshoot Windows Server Performance issues
• Setup Entra ID single sign on (SSO), Enterprise applications and conditional access rules
• Support and integrate applications running on Windows platform
• Implement security fixes and enchantment across multiple environments
• Provide second level support for operations issues in Microsoft environment
  
  

• 5+ years operating and supporting Active Directory and Entra ID in a large enterprise IT environment.
• Proven experience supporting Office365.
• PowerShell Scripting experience specifically for Office365 management and operations -
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, LAN and WAN to maintain server functionality
• Operating system and application security orientation
• MCSE or MCITP - advantage
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Team player
