Role Description

We are looking for a Foreign Securities Product Manager and System Analyst to join the Securities Trading Systems Department within the Technology Division, located at the bank’s new campus in Lod.

The role involves managing and analyzing systems related to foreign securities trading, ensuring that technological solutions align with business needs and regulatory requirements. The position also includes leading and coordinating the work of a team of 4–5 programmers.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of foreign financial instruments
• Strong knowledge of foreign secuities processes : trading, clearing, settlement processes, and taxation.
• At least 5 years of experience working with global markets.
• At least 3 years of experience writing technical specifications and system design documents.
• Experience in the financial or banking sector is an advantage.
• Experience working in a mainframe (MF) environment and the ability to read COBOL code.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
