Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Cloud Solutions Architect located in Rishon LeZion, Israel. The position follows a hybrid work model requiring four days per week in the office and one day working remotely.

The selected professional will design scalable, secure, and highly available enterprise-grade cloud architectures while collaborating with clients to deliver tailored solutions.

Responsibilities include leading cloud architecture initiatives, defining High-Level and Low-Level Design (HLD/LLD) documentation, mapping data flows, and selecting appropriate cloud services. The architect will also define the network topology, IAM policies, security controls, and high-availability/disaster-recovery (HA/DR) strategies.

The role requires close collaboration with DevOps and development teams to implement best practices, optimize infrastructure, and support cloud cost optimization (FinOps). 

Qualifications

Experience

• 8–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud engineering, or software development
• 4–5 years of experience as a Cloud Architect designing production environments
• Hands-on background as a DevOps Engineer, SRE, or System Engineer
• Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• At least 3 years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably using Terraform

Certifications (preferred)

• Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
• Google Professional Cloud Architect
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
• HashiCorp Terraform Associate

Skills

• Strong expertise in solution architecture and cloud infrastructure design
• Experience designing secure, scalable, and highly available cloud environments
• Knowledge of cloud networking, IAM, and security best practices
• Excellent consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and matrix team environments
