We are seeking a Structures and Tax Expert to support the design and implementation of private wealth structures for HNWI clients, focusing on tax architecture, asset structuring, and governance of Israeli entities and trusts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Expertise Development

Build and maintain deep expertise in private wealth structuring, international tax considerations, and governance of Israeli entities and trusts, while contributing to internal knowledge and structuring standards.

2. Solution Architecture

Design and architect tax-efficient wealth structures for HNWI clients, including Israeli companies, trusts, and holding structures, taking into account residency, asset profile, beneficiary structure, and cross-border implications.

3. Client Advisory

Meet with clients and support Relationship Managers in explaining structuring strategies, tax implications, and governance aspects of proposed solutions.

4. Implementation and Oversight

Support the implementation and ongoing monitoring of approved structures by coordinating with external legal and tax advisors, reviewing key documentation, and ensuring alignment between tax strategy and corporate execution.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in corporate structuring, private client advisory, or boutique legal environments

• Solid understanding of Israeli corporate frameworks

• Prior exposure to HNWI and private wealth structures

• Proven ability to coordinate with external legal and tax advisors and translate professional advice into practical structuring solutions

• Strong ability to explain complex structuring and tax concepts clearly to clients

• Structured, process-oriented mindset with strong commercial awareness

• Fluency in Russian and English; Hebrew – Ulpan B level or higher

This is a high-ownership role offering direct exposure to complex private wealth structuring and close collaboration with senior leadership.
