We’re Hiring: HR Technology, AI & Digital Platforms Lead

Lead and own the organization’s HR technology ecosystem, driving the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of enterprise HR platforms.
The role focuses on AI enabled systems, data driven decision making, and scalable digital solutions that support core HR processes, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, deployment, and ongoing optimization of enterprise HR systems, including LMS, knowledge management platforms, and adjacent HR digital solutions.
- Own end to end platform management: system configuration, integrations, governance, data integrity, security alignment, and performance monitoring.
- Design and implement AI driven HR solutions, including automation, intelligent workflows, personalization, and smart content or knowledge delivery.
- Establish and manage HR data and analytics frameworks, defining KPIs, dashboards, and insights to support continuous improvement and business outcomes.
- Build and scale enterprise knowledge management systems, ensuring adoption, usability, and alignment with HR and business processes.
- Continuously evaluate, pilot, and integrate emerging HR technologies, with strong emphasis on AI, automation, and data centric platforms.
- Partner closely with HR, IT, Legal, and business stakeholders to ensure platforms meet enterprise standards, compliance requirements, and organizational needs.
- Drive operational excellence and governance across HR systems, including, automation, processes, and system level thinking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning Technologies, Information Systems, HR Technology, or a related field.
- Professional training or certification in Digital Platforms / HR Systems / Learning Technologies.
- Proven experience working with enterprise HR platforms (LMS, knowledge management, or adjacent HR systems).
- Strong understanding of AI applications in HR, data analytics, and technology driven process optimization.
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed corporate environments.
- Demonstrated system thinking, strong organizational skills, and high attention to detail.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate HR needs into scalable technology solutions.
