Job Description

We are looking for a Development Technician (UAV Systems) to join our R&D and Engineering Team to develop and build prototypes of our multidisciplinary systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble prototypes of multidisciplinary systems (consist of mechanical, electrical and optical components and subassemblies)
• Perform system-level integration, troubleshooting and functional testing
• Identify issues during assembly and integration and propose engineering improvements and solutions
• Troubleshooting faults and malfunctions
• Provide clear technical feedback, insights and improvement suggestions to engineering teams
• Support field work and on-site testing, as required

Requirements

• Experience in working closely with development teams on a multidisciplinary system.
• Experience in trouble shooting mechanical, electrical and software problems
• Experience in reading, understanding and working according to mechanical drawings, electrical schematics and assembly drawings
• Experience with assembling mechanical assemblies, electronic components (including soldering), electromechanical and electrooptical assemblies.
• Familiarity with different assembly and manufacturing techniques
