Role Overview:

• Founding Function: Serving as the lead Data Science authority, establishing the foundations for AI research while collaborating directly with Engineering and Medical specialists.
• Advanced AI Architectures: Developing sophisticated Multi-Agent systems and LLM-based tools tailored for complex medical data and scientific synthesis.
• Research to Production: Taking full ownership of the lifecycle, from experimental research to Production deployment, including model evaluation and optimization.
• Deep NLP & Data Engineering: Designing advanced NLP pipelines and statistical models to extract critical insights from unstructured medical and scientific sources.
• Strategic Domain Expert: Bridging the gap between high-level medical research requirements and scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

Requirements:

• M.Sc. in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field – Mandatory.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist – Mandatory.
• Proven expertise in NLP (Natural Language Processing) and deep learning – Mandatory.
• Significant hands-on experience deploying and monitoring AI models in Production environments – Mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern data science/ML frameworks.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern agentic architectures.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive cross-functional projects independently.
