We provide the real-time forensics and mitigation knowledge needed to neutralize risks with minimal disruption, maximizing fleet uptime and operational continuity.
The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and high-performing Salesperson to join our team. This isn't just about making calls, you will own the entire sales lifecycle-from identifying and hunting new prospects to managing the full sales process, closing deals, and ensuring long-term customer success and growth.
Scope of Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sales Ownership: Take full responsibility for the international and local sales pipeline, from initial prospecting and cold outreach to negotiation and final closing.
- Strategic Prospecting: Identify and research target fleets, telematics (FMS), and MSSPs across Europe, the USA, and Israel.
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Full-Cycle Closing: Conduct product demos, lead commercial negotiations, and manage the transition from prospect to paying customer.
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction, successful adoption, and identifying opportunities for commercial expansion.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product team to translate customer pain points into features and marketing materials.
- Presence: Represent Enigmatos at international industry events, conferences, and face-to-face meetings with key stakeholders.
- CRM Excellence: Maintain meticulous records of the sales process and customer health in our CRM.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B Tech Sales (Cybersecurity, SaaS, or Automotive experience is a major plus).
- Proven Track Record: Experience in managing the entire sales cycle, including closing deals and managing accounts.
- The "Hunter" Mentality: Not afraid of cold calling and highly confident in approaching and influencing C-level decision-makers.
- Relationship Builder: Ability to manage long-term customer relationships and drive account growth.
- Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English (Native-level preferred). Additional languages (German, French, or Spanish) are a significant advantage.
- Self-Starter: A proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and can work independently.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
