Software Engineer

The company's primary R&D center is located in Central Tel Aviv (train-accessible) and operates a hybrid work model with two days of remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Technical Leadership: Serving as a Hands-on Architect / Tech Lead within the AI group, acting as a pivotal link between multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Architectural Vision: Reporting to the Director of Engineering, collaborating with ML architects and global system architects to design robust, scalable infrastructures.
• End-to-End Ownership: Leading complex projects from initial design to full-scale production, ensuring the platform meets the highest standards of performance and reliability.
• Multi-Cloud Infrastructure: Designing and optimizing AI/ML delivery pipelines within a sophisticated Multi-Cloud environment.
• High-Scale Engineering: Developing core platform services primarily in Java, while integrating components in Go and Python.
• Cross-Group Collaboration: Working closely with technical interfaces to translate complex data and ML requirements into seamless architectural solutions.

Requirements:

• 6 years of professional experience in Software Development – Mandatory.
• 2 years of experience in a leadership role (Tech Lead, Architect, or Team Lead) – Mandatory.
• Deep hands-on expertise in JVM languages (Java, Scala, or Kotlin) – Mandatory.
• Significant experience in designing and deploying systems within Cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) – Mandatory.
• Proven track record in Architectural Design and leading E2E technical projects.
• Strong understanding of Distributed Systems and high-scale backend architectures.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive technical alignment across multiple stakeholders.
