Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to help scale and strengthen a fast-growing, high-traffic platform serving millions of users worldwide. In this role, you will design, automate, and optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure reliability, performance, and security at scale. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and data teams to support continuous delivery and innovation. Accountabilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to provide infrastructure guidance, troubleshooting support, and scalable architecture solutions.
• Manage, monitor, and scale cloud-based services to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance.
• Design and provision infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code practices, including Terraform and Helm, with code reviews and automated testing.
• Maintain and improve Kubernetes clusters and GitOps workflows for efficient deployments.
• Implement observability best practices using logs, metrics, and tracing tools to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Contribute to roadmap planning, technical experiments, and continuous improvement initiatives across DevOps processes.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure roles within fast-paced or startup environments.
• Strong expertise in public cloud platforms, Kubernetes, GitOps methodologies, Terraform, and Helm.
• Solid experience with observability tools covering logging, monitoring, and distributed tracing.
• Ability to read and understand application code in Go, Python, or shell scripting.
• Experience working with agile teams and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
• Ownership mindset, proactive problem-solving approach, and commitment to delivering high-quality systems.
• User-centric perspective with a strong focus on reliability and performance.
• Comfortable working with products involving uncensored or sensitive content.
• Bonus: exposure to data science, generative AI, NLP, ML, or MLOps environments.
