BI Systems Analyst & Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced BI Systems Analyst & Project Manager who combines strong project leadership with deep hands-on data expertise. This role requires someone who can both drive projects forward and work closely with data, systems, and business stakeholders to design and deliver robust BI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

Lead BI projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery of professional, technological, operational, and budgetary objectives

Build and manage project work plans, timelines, and resource allocation

Manage large projects or multiple smaller initiatives simultaneously

Guide and supervise project owners and stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle

Analysis & BI Design

Analyze business requirements and translate them into BI solutions

Design and build BI domains based on source systems

Define and document ETL processes for a centralized Data Warehouse (DWH)

Work closely with business users to understand needs and deliver actionable data solutions

Independent Ownership

Lead complex business initiatives with an integrative, cross-organizational perspective

Drive initiatives independently from requirements gathering through implementation

Mandatory Requirements

Proven experience in designing and building BI domains from source systems - Must

Experience in defining ETL processes for a centralized Data Warehouse (DWH) - Must

Strong analytical mindset with experience gathering requirements and working with business users

Ability to independently lead complex business topics - Must

Advanced SQL knowledge and hands-on experience - Must

Experience working with BI front-end tools (BusinessObjects is an advantage) - Must

Experience defining Microsoft OLAP cubes

Familiarity with operational BI and real-time BI processes

Experience with HR and payroll data models
