Commercial Project Manager

A leading international company is looking for a Commercial Project Manager to join its team and lead cross-functional processes that support the sales organization.

This role serves as a key operational hub between Sales, Product, Operations, Quality, and Finance, ensuring efficient workflows and the successful execution of commercial initiatives – from Pre-Sales stages through the first customer order.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional commercial projects involving Sales, Product, Operations, Quality, and Finance teams

• Build project timelines, define milestones, and track project progress

• Coordinate pre-sales activities and support deals from opportunity stage to first order

• Work closely with Sales teams and provide operational support to commercial processes

• Support and track sales forecasting processes

• Ensure clear communication and alignment across departments

• Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates for management

• Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related analytical field

• 3–5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Sales Operations
• Pre-Sales / Commercial Coordination
• Project Management
• RevOps / Commercial Excellence
• • Experience working in a cross-functional organizational environment
• • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
• • Experience working with CRM systems – an advantage (Priority, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
