Customer Success Story Coordinator | American Hours

Location: In-office, Har Tuv, Beit Shemesh

Hours: Full-time – 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

Ephoca is hiring a “Success Story Chaser” who will connect with existing sales representatives and customers to identify completed HVAC projects that can be featured as success stories. This role focuses on gathering authentic testimonials, project photos, and customer insights, and on coordinating participation in write-ups, case studies, or video productions highlighting Ephoca products in action.

• Reach out to existing reps and end customers to identify completed jobs with strong outcomes.
• Conduct friendly, professional calls to confirm project details and secure consent for public sharing.
• Coordinate collection of materials — written testimonials, images, and video participation.
• Draft or assist in preparing short write-ups for marketing and sales use.
• Work closely with the marketing team to schedule photo or video shoots.
• Maintain a tracker of contacted reps, project stages, and media collected.
• Ensure all participants sign media release or consent forms as needed.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident on the phone and comfortable with outreach.
• Experience in customer relations, sales support, or marketing outreach preferred.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Basic understanding of HVAC or the construction industry is a plus.
• Creative mindset with attention to storytelling and brand image.

• Number of success stories secured (write-ups, photos, videos).
• Quality and diversity of stories collected across regions and products.
• Positive feedback from reps and customers on their experience.
